All our apparel is custom-made and printed specifically for your order. We take pride in the quality of our products and the accuracy of our craftsmanship.

All custom orders are final sale

Because every item is unique and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, or for non-defective issues such as:

• Incorrect size ordered

• Change of mind

• Incorrect colour chosen

• Dislike of the design after it has been produced

It is the customer's responsibility to review their order details, including size, colour, and design, before completing the purchase.

Returns for defective or incorrect items

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or a refund. A defective item includes:

• Misprinted, faded, or blurry design

• Wrong product model or size sent

• Manufacturers Damage to the item (e.g., rips or tears) 

If your item has a defect or error, please contact us at info.printfiesta@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your request must include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue or problem

We will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Incorrect address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Cancellations

We may accept order cancellations within 24 hours of the purchase time, as long as production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please email us at info.printfiesta@gmail.com with your order number.

 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason. We will notify you in writing within 24 hours of the purchase time.
